We charge a credit or debit card on file on the first of each month. If the first lands on a holiday or weekend it will be the next day we open for business. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We also accept automatic ACH payments recurring from our online portal.

We offer a complete package service to guarantee optimal results. However, we can provide some a’la carte services based on your needs and recommendations from your Lawn & Garden Care Specialists.

While we can remove the mowing fee, most people find that having a licensed and qualified professional cut on a designated mowing day outweighs the small difference in price.

Mowing regularly is a key part of growing and developing a healthy, beautiful lawn. For a robust lawn, it’s best to mow frequently, never removing more than ⅓ at a time.

Each year we evaluate our routes to make sure they are efficient, and service days may vary from year to year. However, we do our best to keep your service day the same each year and keep the same team members on each route as they learn your property.

Each program is designed and executed to ensure success. We will work with you to make any necessary adjustments and pay extra attention to any difficult spots in the yard. If you’re still unhappy, you can cancel your program after giving us 30 days’ notice.

We divide our yearly service fee into 12 equal monthly payments to provide a predictable billing schedule for our clients. Some months we do more work than the fees cover; other months it’s less.

Yes, our traditional lawn care program is designed to use pesticides in a very limited way. All products are applied properly by our Virginia-licensed applicators at the correct rates and time of year. If increased safety and usability of the yard are important to you, we do offer an organic program. With the organic program, there are no limitations with kids or pets after applying. However, the organic program is more expensive, and while it does limit weed growth, it won’t eliminate all weeds like the traditional program. Our traditional program reduces and eliminates 99% of all weeds, while the organic program sees a reduction of 60-80%.

Our program includes everything your soil and lawn will need each year. Many of our 6 treatments include multiple treatments, like weed prevention and fertilization, but we don’t count that as 2 applications. If a company offers 10 applications, it’s likely they’re listing each step individually. By law, it would be hard to stay within the agronomical recommendations for safety if you truly applied 10 applications. We’re always happy to review other programs to see if we are missing anything or an extra they may be providing, but our results speak for themselves.

We are confident you will love our service and want to stay with us for a long time as we continually maintain and improve your lawn. However, you can cancel the agreement at any time with 30 days’ notice. This gives us time to use the products and labor we ordered for your property and remove you from the schedule.
